In 2023, Dr. Yadi Narvaez launched Inspire Acupuncture, PLLC to offer acupuncture and integrative medicine on beautiful Whidbey Island. Inspire Acupuncture offers a spectrum of integrative services, including acupuncture, bodywork, cupping, moxibustion, lifestyle counseling, and nutritional medicine. Dr. Narvaez treats each person individually, with attention to mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Narvaez came to the Northwest from Puerto Rico to attend Bastyr University and has since made Whidbey Island home. Before Bastyr, she worked as a biochemistry researcher - until her passion for natural health and Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired a career shift. Since graduating from Bastyr, she has provided care at Vida Integrative Health in Everett and at Water's Edge Family Practice and Wellness Center.

Her treatment approach focuses on addressing the root causes of imbalance while empowering patients on their healing journey. Dr. Narvaez gently supports the healing process and removes obstacles to recovery. Acupuncture and lifestyle medicine are effective for a range of conditions, including chronic pain, depression and anxiety, adrenal fatigue, digestive complaints, hormone imbalance, and women's health.

When not practicing, you might find her combing Whidbey beaches with her family, practicing Tai Chi, trail running, and cooking plant-based meals. She also attends regular continuing education - to bring the best of integrative medicine to Whidbey.
